Who am I?

I am an emergency doctor, currently working in a community hospital in the outskirts of Toronto. Like you, I’m just trying to figure this whole life thing out. Taking chances. Making things up as I go along. Trying to leave things a little better than when I started.

I have a big interest in global health and travel. I have been on two missions with Medicines Sans Frontiers as well as numerous other smaller projects. I’m always somewhere or on the cusp of being somewhere.

In my spare time you’ll find me at the gym. Or by the lake. Or possibly on my bike. I’m also a regular and long-time practitioner of meditation. I’m learning how to teach others. You’ll often find me at at the Consciousness Explorers Club in Toronto.
